Because of our newspaper format, we are unable to guarantee the results of reverses, burns and fine print. Ads rarely float and it will be generally re-bordered to fit the correct size.

Sizes may vary depending on which edition(s) you choose to advertise in. All sizes may not be availible in every edition. *Advertising rates and sizes may vary from publisher to publisher. Advertising Rates are based on camera-ready artwork. Ads can also be custom designed by our production staff. Copy is generally 800 words per full page (using a 12-point Tomes New Roman font). Photos need to be at least 200 dpi and should be saved as a ".tif" file with "LZW" compression enabled. All half tones should be 85-line screen. A velox printout is preferred. Generally, we are unable to accept ink-jet ad printouts. We are unable to guarantee the results of reverses, burns and fine print. Ads rarely float and will generally be re-bordered to fit the correct size.

Camera-ready art is accepted in pdf, eps, Quark with fonts & assets, or illustrator saved font outline formats. Photos can be saved in TIFF format with lzw compression. Copy can be saved as a plain text or in a word file. Media can be received via email, snail mail or in person on a CD ROM, DVD ROM, or floppy. We can also accept media via our FTP site.
